Spot shipping time
If your purchased item is already in our US warehouse, just like all other websites, we will ship it via USPS or other postal services within 1-3 business days after you place your order. Please refer to the specific product page for delivery time and costs.
*We generally do not offer refunds for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as earthquakes, fires, strikes, etc. However, in cases where the delay is indeed severe, the credit paid can be used to exchange for other goods.
*For delays caused by our reasons or the courier company, we can offer a free shipping refund, typically $5-$10.
*For packages lost or damaged due to the fault of the postal service provider, we will provide a full refund. For refunds due to damage during transit, the buyer needs to provide an unpacking video to prove that the goods were damaged in transit and not within the warranty period.
*No compensation will be provided if the tracking information shows "delivered" but the package has not actually been received, as this usually indicates the package was stolen from the customer's doorstep, which is the buyer's responsibility.

Once the goods arrive in the United States, we will immediately inspect and photograph them. If there are no major issues such as incorrect size, significant defects, or discrepancies between the description and the actual product, we will ship them to you via postal services such as USPS. If there are any problems, we will provide a full refund.

Custom inlay typically involves the following steps:
Loose gemstone selection: 1-10+ business days (depends on whether the specific loose gemstone needed is in stock and available for purchase).
Design: 3-10+ business days. We will provide you with design images, computer-generated models, and a total budget for confirmation before production begins.
Processing and production: Approximately 7-10 working days
Shipping: Refer to the pre-ordered shipping time.
Custom-made items are not available for viewing and cannot be returned or exchanged unless lost or damaged.
