What are the uses of membership points?
To thank our customers for their love and support, we have prepared a variety of gifts and services for points redemption, including but not limited to: a large selection of crystal, agate, and jade bracelets and pendants, S925 silver necklaces, S925 silver and jadeite jewelry, seven-piece bracelet boxes, necklace and bracelet gift sets, pendant cord replacement, custom-made cord braiding, bead string alterations, jade bracelet polishing, ring resizing, and other gifts and related services. We will also gradually introduce more practical options such as points redemption for appraisal and consignment service fees, and points redemption for vouchers. Please stay tuned!

How are member points calculated?
Starting September 1, 2024, we will begin awarding points for our online and offline purchases. Every $1 spent -> 10 points. *
For existing customers who have made purchases online or offline before, points can be redeemed up to May 1, 2024, based on the purchase and payment date. The deadline for redemption registration is October 31, 2024.
* If a return is made, points will be deducted proportionally based on the return amount.
** Purchases of secondhand items priced at $1500 or more are capped at 15000 points per item, subject to crediting to your Dangdang account.

Purchase from the website:
Website members: Points are automatically earned; no further action is required.
Not a website member yet? Please register to become a member (free) and start accumulating points automatically (50 points are given upon registration). If you have previously placed an order on the website, please continue to use the same email address you used to place the order to register, so that your shopping history can be preserved. If you don't know which email address you used before, you can provide your purchase record and contact our customer service for assistance. After becoming a website member, you will automatically accumulate points on your purchases; no further action is required.

If you have offline purchase records between May 1, 2024 and August 31, 2024, you can contact our customer service and provide your purchase records to have points credited retroactively. The deadline for retroactive registration is October 31, 2024. Orders that cannot be retroactively registered include those that have already received discounts, coupons, other offers, or gifts. Except for the above situations, outright purchase orders and appreciation orders follow the same points rules.
Starting September 1, 2024, after a successful offline purchase, please provide your website member email address to customer service. We will manually register your points, which will be credited to your account in approximately 10-14 business days.
Not a website member yet? Please register to become a member of our website (free) to start earning points. The rules for accumulating points back and for future purchases are the same as above.
We will be adjusting existing member points balances according to the above rules soon. For any questions regarding points, please contact customer service. Dangdang Jewelry reserves the right of final interpretation. The points system is subject to change in the future; any significant changes will be announced 30 days in advance.
