Return Policy
Is there no appreciation period for buying jade bracelets online from China? Are you worried about receiving the wrong item? Are you afraid of seeing unrealistic pictures? Are you afraid of falling into a scam? Are you afraid of the wrong size?
To ensure your satisfaction with your purchase of jewelry, we offer the following return and exchange policy (Note: The appreciation period only applies to viewing the goods by mail. Viewing the goods in person in person is considered a permanent purchase and no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless there is an issue, such as a problem with item A).
Thank you for choosing our small store. We highly value your shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with your jewelry purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policies:
US spot
In-stock Items
Items already listed in the US and eligible for return or exchange at any time, including new and used items. (All items marked as US in-stock or used on this website are considered in-stock.)
Items that are already listed and available for immediate shipment in the USA, including new items (owned by us) and pre-owned items
Return and refund

You can contact us to apply for a return within 48 hours after the goods are delivered (except for offline transfer purchases).
Fees: If you decide to return the item, you will need to cover bank charges and round-trip postage (and insurance, if applicable, approximately 1.5% of the item's value) . These fees are primarily charged by banks and logistics companies, and our small shop cannot fully cover these costs.
Orders placed online: 5% transaction fee
Purchases from other channels may have their handling fees reduced at our discretion.
If you purchase two or more items and request a partial refund, the refund fee will be charged according to the exchange policy.
Exchange
Exchange Items
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can apply for an exchange within 48 hours of receiving them (except for offline transfer purchases).
Exchange of equivalent or higher value: If you wish to exchange for jewelry of equivalent or higher value, we will cover the bank charges and round-trip postage (excluding round-trip postage insurance).
Exchange for items valued at less than 50% of the original jewelry: If you choose to exchange for items valued at less than 50% of the original jewelry, you will be responsible for the bank handling fee on the difference, which will be the same as the return fee.
Consignment
Consignment Services
Newly purchased items that have exceeded the 48-hour appreciation period can be listed for consignment at 10% of the original price, with a handling fee starting at 6%.
